Can’t wait for Spring! Bulbs will be popping up all over the Madeira Park Elementary School! Jill Ellerton and the kids from MPES spent the past few weeks learning about bulbs and their growth cycle. The kids have planted over 300 bulbs, some in pots and others around the school including two big beautiful pots on either side of our crosswalk. Huge thank you’s to Jill for all of her energy and expertise as well as to Salish Soils in Sechelt for the donation of the soil and to the Bulbs4Kids Program who supplied the bulbs and gardening tools. Look for the beautiful tulips and daffodils in the Spring!
